Microsoft Premier Support Contract

In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

1. Parties This agreement is entered into between Microsoft Corporation, a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at One Microsoft Way, Redmond, Washington, 98052-6399 (“Microsoft”), and the client, referred to as “Client”.
2. Scope Services Microsoft agrees to provide Premier Support to the Client for the duration of this agreement. Premier Support includes technical assistance, issue resolution, and access to Microsoft experts and resources.
3. Term This agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 12 months, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
